Free Shipping & DDP Pricing

All prices on Lewell Car Beauty are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The product price already covers:

• Outbound shipping to your delivery address
• Import customs duties
• Destination-country taxes / VAT

There are no hidden checkout fees. You will not be asked to pay extra shipping, duties, or import taxes at delivery.

Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) this timeline may be extended by a few days.

Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via tracked economy shipping. Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• United States / Canada: around 15–25 business days
• United Kingdom / European Union: around 15–30 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: around 20–35 business days
• Other regions: around 20–40 business days

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays may extend delivery time.

Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is dispatched. You can track your shipment in your customer account or on the carrier's official website.

Delivery Address

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address (street, city, postal code, and phone number). We are not responsible for delays or redelivery fees caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Returns & Duties

DDP pricing only covers fees for delivery to you. Any return shipping, customs duties, or taxes generated when goods are shipped back to China are not covered and are the buyer's responsibility, except for confirmed quality defects (see our Refund Policy).
